Dental caries is an important problem for human health which frequently seen under clinical conditions and also progresses slowly, causes severe pain even tooth loss, affects the quality of life. Especially in pediatric patients, with early detection caries, treatment procedures can be performed uncomplicated methods. In today's dentistry; preventive applications minimally invasive approaches are gaining importance, diagnosis initial lesions very dentistry. With development technology, many new methods being introduced to ensure dental caries. this review, conventional, contemporary, developing used will presented.
